  • What types of products do you offer?

    We offer hand-drawn and painted digital stationery, including Junk Journal Kits, printable digital papers, embellishments and folios. All of our designs are created with love and are not AI-generated.

  • How do I receive my digital download after purchase?

    Once your purchase is complete, you can access digital content straight from the thank you page, from your order confirmation email (view order button) or on your order page in customer accounts. You will then receive an email with the dropbox download link. You do not need a dropbox account, just click download only. You can then save the files and print them at home or through a professional printer. Be aware that you have limited downloads.

  • What format are the digital files provided in?

    Most of our files are in high-resolution JPG or PDF format, ensuring crisp, print-quality designs. Specific format details are listed in each product description.

  • Do I need special software to use your digital downloads?

    No special software is required! You can open and print JPG and PDF files using standard programs like Adobe Acrobat Reader, Windows Photo Viewer, or Mac Preview.

  • Can I use these designs for commercial purposes?

    Our products are for personal use and by standard your purchase includes a small business commercial licence for up to 500 sales. If you require more please contact us at licensing@artistic-awakening.com to purchase an extended commercial license. Please check the licensing details on each product page or contact us for more information.

  • Do you offer refunds or exchanges on digital downloads?

    Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, if you have any issues with your files, please reach out, and we’ll be happy to assist!

  • What kind of paper should I use for printing?

    For the best results, we recommend using high-quality cardstock, matte photo paper, or textured paper to give your prints a professional and vintage feel.

  • Are your designs really hand-drawn?

    Yes! All of our artwork is 100% hand-drawn or painted before being digitised for download. Unlike AI-generated designs, each piece is authentic, unique, and filled with artistic charm.

  • Do you offer custom designs?

    At this time, we do not offer fully custom designs, but we love hearing feedback! If you have a suggestion for a future kit or collection, feel free to reach out.
